Privacy Policy

Fit for Sparta ("the app", "we", "us") is provided by Central Georgia Software. This policy explains how the app handles information. The short version: the app keeps your data on your device and does not transmit it to us or to anyone else.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information. The app has no login and no servers, and does not request your name, email address, location, contacts, or health data from other apps.

2. Data you create

Your training completions, logged sets and weights, meal check-offs, benchmark times, and the optional profile you enter (body weight, unit preference, one-rep maxes, program start date) are stored locally on your device using standard on-device storage. This data does not leave your device through the app. It may be included in your own device or iCloud backups, which are controlled by Apple and your device settings — not by us. If you turn on the daily reminder, notifications are scheduled locally on your device with Apple's standard notification system; no reminder data is sent anywhere.

3. Third-party services

The app does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software. We do not share data with third parties, because we do not receive any to begin with.

4. Children's privacy

The app is intended for adults pursuing a structured training program and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

5. Security & your control

Because your data stays on your device, its security is governed by your device's own protections, such as your passcode and encryption. You can remove all of the app's locally stored data at any time by deleting the app from your device.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
